Is Yahoo! testing a new home page layout?

I came across this in Flickr and the poster says it appears that Yahoo! is showing a new home page layout. The top center says, "Yahoo! is testing a new home page and you're among the lucky few who get to try it out."

Note in the bottom right that there is a section entitled Y! Pulse (that's a new name) which displays featured questions from Y! Answers.

This layout does a great job of exposing the many Yahoo! properties to visitors without being too cramped and cluttered.

I like it better than the current page. Will it change my life? Probably not.

8. Do not like new homepage .... must scroll on bottom of bar to get to the other side of the page. It's too big to fit my 17" screen How sad.

11. had the new page for few days on my system - it started going automatically to the new site whenever I type yahoo.com - I realised that it was from a cookie - that I deleted later and it stopped going back to the new desinged site - no clue how to go back to the same!

13. My friend asked me to reinstall his pc and download all the windows updates and everything els he needed. I done it for him. I went to yahoo.com to install yahoo messenger and seen this new Home page and i was kinda gob smacked. i was like "yeah i like this". So i sat back at my pc and typed yahoo.com and it came up with the old Home page. I was thinking. (hmmmmmmmmm) "Ay whats going on" he can see it but i cant? i was kinda jealous!! anyway how can i get this to come up on my computer? Plz help me.

17. I also noticed the new beta just as I was about to leave work. But it only pulled up in one browser. On another machine it did not. I captured the screenshot myself and posted it.
