Yahoo! launched the hinted at
Technology page today - Yahoo! TechIt site is there to help people through the mass and complexity of technology that's out there. The interface is nice and clean, filled with some ajax'y goodness.
There are 3 main areas:
- Products Research and compare products
- Advisors Get help on figuring out how to do stuff
- My Tech Personalized information about your searches \ goodies
There are hooks throughout the site to other Y! services - Y! Shopping (for product Searches), Y! Answers (for related Q&A), My Yahoo! (there are RSS feeds of the Product Advisors)
You can share your My Tech section, but that looks to be email only - I'd prefer this to hook into my social network so I can drop it onto Y! 360
